Day 01 : Arival Kathamndu (1,300 m)
When you arrive in Kathmandu, Sawasdee Nepal team members or I will officially greet and meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. You will have leisure time, followed by an evening welcome dinner at a typical Nepalese restaurant. Overnight in Kathmandu (1,350m).

Day02 : Free Day in Kathmandu
A chance to visit the heritage sites of Kathmandu valley may be available on your free Day in Kathmandu, followed by a pre-trip departure meeting with your guide and other trekking team members. They will brief you about teamwork, equipment, the nature of peak climbing and other necessary information.

Day 03 : Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2652 m) for 3 hours.
You will be transferred to the airport in the early morning as per the flight schedule. By plane, a 40-minute flight to the airstrip at Lukla offers a wonderful view of the Himalayan ranges, as well as a beautiful landscape and the hills of the region.ng landscape. Lukla is a gateway to the Everest Region.

Day 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar. (3440 m) 6h00 walk.
The second Day of the journey. After breakfast, you will travel to Namche. While walking through the northern valley of the Dudh Koshi River valley, you will pass several beautiful villages with their vibrant cultures. You will also cross several bridges to reach Namche.

Day 05 : Acclimatize Day!
This is an exploration Day in Namche. Hike to Syangboche, a small airport in the region and the highest in the world. Fly up to 3800 m to see Everest and other popular peaks. You will have proper acclimatization. In the afternoon, you may explore the village.The hotel offers modern amenities such as internet, phone, massage and more.

Day 06 : Trek to Dole. (4,200 m) 6hrs walk.
Following breakfast, the trail takes you to the ridge of Namche, then to Sanasa with spectacular views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and other peaks. The trail then climbs to Mang-La pass, descends to the river, and gradually ascends to Dole.

Day 07 : Trek to Machherma. (4,470 m) 5hrs walk.
It’s a short climb from Dole, passing tea shops en route to Machherma. This is a wonderful landscape but lacking much greenery with panoramic views of the mountains on the way to Machherma for the night.

Day 08 : Trek to Set up Base Camp & RestGokyo (4,790 m) 5hrs walk.
As usual, your journey begins after a short climb up and an easy walk to the base of the rocky hill. From there, you climb up passing a few lakes along the way. Finally, we reach Gokyo Lake.

Day09 : Acclimatize Day!
This is a rest Day for exploration of Gokyo valley. As we hiked up Gokyo Ri early in the morning, we were treated to rewarding mountain scenery as well as another successful acclimatization. Thendescend and explore the lake.

Day10 : Trek to Dragnak (4,700 m) 3hrs walk.
The trail leads you downhill on the same trail then takes a left after the first lake. There is a short and easy walk on this Day, but it is the walk along the glacier that is the most interesting.

Day 11 : Trek to Cho-la Pass (5370 m) – Dzonglha (4,830 m) 7 hrs walk.
The journey to Cho-La Pass at () will be another adventurous Day. The first ridge begins pretty steeply and an easy walk leads to another ridge. A short descent leads to the base of Cho, followed by a steep climb to the pass; this part is difficult difficult walk if there is snow. We highly recommend using crampons for this section. It is an easy downhill to Dzongla.

Day 12 : Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) 5hrs walk.
The journey to Labuche is an easy downhill journey through the east valley, passing beautiful pastures, mountains and glaciers.

Day 13 : Trek to Gorak Shep (5160 m) – Everest Base Camp (5364 m) – Gorak Shep: 7hrs walk
Even though the trail follows a plane trail with spectacular views of mountains all around, you will feel short of breath due to the altitude. Take a short break for lunch, we continue to walk to Everest Base Camp along the rocky and glacial trail. The trail continues the climb to Gorak Shep, check in to Mt. You will stay at the lodge, eat lunch, and visit the Eastern Border Camp. After the EBC, return the same trail to Gorakshep.

Day 14 : Hike to Kala Pattar – Labuche (4,910 m): 7hrs walk
ToDay is another climax of the trek; you will wake up in the early morning and climb up to Kalapathar (5545 m) to see the sunrise on the top of the world, Mt. Everest and other Himalayan ranges. Then descend and retrace

Day 15 - 18 : Climbing period of Lobuche Peak (6145 m)
A super Day begins. It is not our policy to set a Day-to-Day itinerary for the climbing because this is determined by the climbing guide and other support staff based on the physical and weather conditions. Usually, the team spends a few Days preparing food, practicing technical skills, and acclimatizing before proceeding to advance base camp. Generally, the final push to the summit occurs at midnight to avoid the wind and capture a beautiful sunrise over the mountains before descending back to base camp.

Day19 : Lobuche Base Camp – Panboche (3,900)
We will have an easy morning and breakfast, then head back to Lobuche village. We will retrace our steps to Pheriche for lunch, then continue downhill to Pangboche for overnight.

Day 20 : Pangboche – Namche (3440m)
Today is a relatively new monastery in Dibuche Monastery, which is the largest in the Everest region. The trail will steeply descend up to Punkia then climb up to SanasSanasa junction, Khumjung village, Namche. After a short stroll to Namche, we saw several stupas in front of us and beautiful scenery in the background.

Day 21 : Namche – Lukla.
As the trail descends steeply to Dudh Koshi, the first suspension bridge is crossed. Then, an easy walk up to Phakding after exiting the entry permit for Sagarmatha National Park in Manju. Finally, we get to Lukla for the night

Day 22 : Lukla – Kathmandu
In the early morning, thrilling 40-minute flights to the airstrip at Lukla offer panoramic views of the Central Himalayas as well as beautiful scenery and hillsides.

Day23 : Final departure
